As for your question about sensitivities... I did a blood test to check for my sensitivities. I think I linked to the company in a post somewhere on my blog. It is a place that my naturopath has worked with extensively and cutting out those foods has been instrumental for me and my health.
When I cut out the foods that I did, I was already at my goal weight, so for me it has been about weight maintenance. I usually post pictures of what I do eat which includes a lot of fruits, veggies, whole grains, legumes, lentils, & seeds (with treats and dark chocolate included for good measure) I have found it fairly easy to maintain my weight because I generally stick to good food from the earth. I eat what makes me feel good in moderation and so far that has worked for me.
